About me
I started my first company, Fitocracy, in 2010. It was one of the most popular fitness social networks of its time. We raised over $2M, built a talented team, and most importantly, made an impact for over 2 million people in their quests to improve their health. It was around this time I started working with my own executive coach, a wonderful woman named Anamaria Nino-Murcia, who helped me do my most important work: discovering myself as a leader. That work let me start to understand what it means to live and work consciously.
After Fitocracy, I went on to work as an investor at 500 Startups and a product leader at category-defining companies like Credit Karma and Eaze. During this period, I saw how common it is for leaders and teams at fast-moving startups to struggle, despite the success.
I am now an executive coach whose mission is to help startup leaders perform better through greater self-awareness and consciousness. I believe we do our best work when we focus on purposefully growing into our unique strengths. Let’s work together to do just that.
